Hotel Grones - Ortisei

The culinary experience was extraordinary, but the spa area needs more relaxation chairs during peak hours.

The superior double room with a patio, the balcony plus a terrific view.

The place was fabulous and exceptionally comfortable and the staff were affable, the location was beautiful to the ski lifts. Location: the hotel was next to hillside facing south with great views of town, Ortisei by bus, and hiking or skiing.

The hotel is in a lovely location, but the service was horrible. 3 Nights in a superior double room, yet I didn't even get a complimentary bottle of water upon check-in. The 'luxury' feel was definitely lacking when no one helped me with my bags. I almost wrote a good review, but just couldn't.

everything met requirements, i would like to stay longer. the hotel was clean and the breakfast was great. the location in a lovely area was marvellous. there were new-fashioned, recently refurbished rooms with a balcony, amazing view, as example. variety of food for breakfast, it was incredible. the top-notch service and the attention to detail!

The spa area, while lovely, could benefit from a few more relaxation chairs during peak hours, as they can fill up quickly.

Hot tub temperatures not very hot!!! Transfer service timing often misaligned with guest needs!!! Billing issues during check-out indicate a need for clearer communication!!! Limited spa service hours detract from overall relaxation options!!!

Our stay was lovely—the half-board meals were divine, with a creative dinner menu every night, and the spa offered beautiful mountain views. the indoor pool was a bit chilly for my liking.

Inconsistencies in the shuttle service timings sometimes left us waiting longer than anticipated.

The warmth of the staff. Each morning began with an excellent breakfast spread, and the five-course dinners were a magical experience that we eagerly anticipated. The massages and relaxation in the spa after a day of hiking were exactly what we needed, great to fully unwind amidst fine mountain views. Easy access to charming Ortisei made our adventures seamless.

my stay was fantastic, with easy access to the vibrant pedestrian area just a 5-minute walk away and the fine church of sant'antonio only 10 minutes by foot, making my city strolls so enjoyable and scenic.

This hotel is good, and has free parking, a cozy bar lounge, and a fantastic spa. On my first stay, the staff helped with a late departure. I'll definitely be back for a city trip!
